These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. The products sold here are over-the-counter hearing aids intended for adults 18 years and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. They are not intended for children or for people with severe hearing loss.

3. Product information

We work to describe our products accurately. Product images are illustrative, and colours may vary depending on your screen. Specifications may change as products are updated. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific hearing outcome for any individual.

4. Prices, promotions and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The reference price of $330 is our listed retail price for a pair. Promotional prices are set by us and may change, be withdrawn or end at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed. If your payment is declined by your bank or card issuer, the order will not be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, described in the Refund Policy.

7. Health and safety

An over-the-counter hearing aid is not a substitute for a hearing evaluation by a licensed professional. You should consult a physician or audiologist before use if you have sudden or rapidly worsening hearing loss, hearing loss in one ear only, ear pain or drainage, ringing in one ear, dizziness or balance problems, a history of ear surgery, or a visible deformity of the ear. Stop using the device and seek advice if you experience pain, irritation or a worsening of your hearing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to use automated tools to scrape it, and not to resell our products without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
