Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Tinnex ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order or contact support, we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and payment details. Payment card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Information you give us through the on-site questionnaire. If you complete the questionnaire on this site, we record the answers you select. These answers are used to display a product recommendation. They are not a medical assessment, are not reviewed by a clinician, and do not become part of any medical record.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our partners may collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the advertising identifiers attached to the link you arrived from.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your cart, measure advertising performance and understand how visitors use the site. This includes tags from advertising and analytics partners such as native advertising networks and web analytics providers.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site, including checkout, may not work correctly if you do.
3. How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your order
- To respond to your questions and provide customer service
- To process refunds and returns
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising and our website
- To send you service messages about your order, and, where you have consented, marketing messages
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
4. Sharing your information
We share personal information only with parties that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: payment processors, shipping carriers, order fulfilment and customer service providers, email service providers, and advertising and analytics partners. We also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners for measurement and targeting may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws. See section 7 for how to opt out.
5. Marketing communications
If you consent to receive marketing emails or calls, you can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing info@tinnex.com. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.
6. Data retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, honour the return window and warranty, and comply with tax and accounting obligations. We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy in a portable format, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for doing so. To make a request, email info@tinnex.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity before acting on the request.
8. Children
This site and the products sold on it are intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
Our pages may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
